I am honoured to have been elected Councillor of District 8, encompassing New Minas and Greenwich, in October 2024.

I live in New Minas, with my husband Tim and our three children. Since moving from the National Capital Region in 2021, I have been active and involved in our community. I am Vice-Chair of the Kings County Family Resource Centre (KCFRC) Board of Directors and serve on the KCFRC Policy Advisory Committee. I also give time and energy to the New Minas Elementary School Advisory Committee, the Evangeline Middle School PTA, the New Minas Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary, and the Annapolis Valley Frugal Moms.

I have over two decades of experience as an on-air radio personality, in both Canada and the US. I have entrepreneurial experience with my own voiceover studio and am a member of the Valley Women’s Business Network. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (English and Mass Communications) from the University of Central Missouri.

My principal focus is to ensure the people of New Minas and Greenwich have a voice on Council that will express their point of view and will advocate on their behalf. I pride myself on being open, available, and transparent.
