I was born and raised in the Annapolis Valley, where my strong connection to the community has always been a guiding force in my life. After earning my undergraduate degree at Carleton University in Ottawa, I stayed in the city to pursue a graduate certificate in Project Management at Algonquin College. This combination of education and experience has equipped me with the skills to manage complex projects, oversee budgets and timelines, and lead teams to successful outcomes.
As a project manager, I work on a variety of initiatives that require careful planning, coordination, and problem-solving. My role involves managing all aspects of a project from inception to completion, ensuring goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Through this work, I’ve developed strong abilities in team collaboration, risk mitigation, and adapting to evolving project needs.
Coming from a small business background, I understand the challenges and rewards of local entrepreneurship and am deeply committed to supporting our community’s growth. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with local organizations such as the Lions Club and the Kingston Fire Department, where I support initiatives that help build stronger, more connected communities.
As Kings County continues to grow, I’m excited to contribute to its development, using my skills and passion to help create a vibrant, sustainable future for everyone.
