It has come to staff's attention that all the relevant proposal information was not provided in the initial Public Information Meeting. The planner initially assigned to this file has departed the Municipality. A new presentation was created and recorded by the planner now assigned to the file.

A new Public Information Meeting will be held in the community at a date to be determined, notification letters will be sent out and an Ad will appear in the local paper.
