Location: Southeast quadrant of the intersection of J Jordan Road and Summer Street

Application to amend the development agreement registered on three parcels of vacant land near Summer Street and J Jordan Road (PIDs 55354385, 55008627, 55384796), Canning. The proposal involves an amendment to the site plan that would enable the development of a portion of the approved residential units within multiple smaller multi-unit dwellings. No additional residential units are proposed.

At its meeting on April 2, Municipal Council gave the application Final Consideration and approved the application.

NSUARB has confirmed that no appeals were filed against the approved amendment. The amendment is now in effect, as of April 24, 2024
