Public Advisory: Verify Emails Requesting Payment

The Municipality has become aware of an email invoicing scam involving an unauthorized party impersonating a municipal employee to request payment. The Municipality will never direct someone to reply to an email for payment instructions and all municipal emails come from addresses ending in @countyofkings.ca.
